Who can be prescribed medical cannabis?
Medical cannabis can be prescribed for various conditions when other therapies have not been sufficiently effective. These include chronic pain, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, nausea during chemotherapy, and other indications. Your treating physician makes the decision.
How much does medical cannabis cost?
Costs vary depending on the preparation and dosage. With health insurance coverage, you only pay the statutory co-payment. Privately, cannabis flower costs approximately €8-15 per gram, extracts according to their concentration.
Does health insurance cover the costs?
In many cases, yes. Statutory health insurance members can apply for cost coverage from their insurance. Approval typically takes 3-5 weeks. We are happy to assist you with the formalities.
How long until I receive my cannabis?
For available strains, often the same day. If a special strain needs to be ordered, it usually takes 1-3 business days. We will inform you about availability.
Is mail-order of medical cannabis still possible?
From 2025, mail-order of medical cannabis is no longer legally permitted. As a local pharmacy in Berlin-Köpenick, we offer personal pickup and – within the local area – delivery through our courier service.
What documents do I need?
You need a valid narcotic prescription or e-prescription and your ID card. For first-time supply, a brief consultation is legally required.
Can I come without an appointment?
